How do I change my name, username or profile photo?
Tap the profile icon in the bottom navigation, then tap the settings icon (top right of the profile screen) to enter edit mode.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → scroll down → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, all posts, and all data. This cannot be undone.
How do I create a group?
Tap the + button on the home screen. Free accounts can create 1 group. Upgrade to Patto Pro to create up to 5.
How do I join a group?
Tap the Explore icon (compass) in the bottom navigation to browse and join public groups.
How do I leave a group?
Open the group page, tap the settings icon, and select Leave Group.
Why can't I create more than one group?
The free tier allows 1 group. Upgrade to Patto Pro to create up to 5 groups with up to 500 members each.
How do streaks work?
There are two types of streak in Patto:
Your habit streak — each habit in a group has its own individual streak. It increases by 1 every day you check that habit in. If you miss a day, that habit's streak resets to 0.
Your group streak & heatmap — your heatmap cell turns green for a day when you've checked in ALL habits in that group. Your group streak counts consecutive days where you completed every habit. Miss a day and the group streak resets to 0.
What is a Perfect Day?
A Perfect Day 🏆 is awarded to a group when every single member checks in every one of their habits on the same day. Unlike streaks which reset, your group's Perfect Days count only ever goes up — it's a permanent record of every day the whole group showed up. Everyone also earns a score bonus when it happens.
What is Patto Pro?
Patto Pro is an optional subscription for group creators. It unlocks: up to 5 groups, up to 10 habits per group, up to 500 members per group, community insights, YouTube & TikTok video cards, social profile links, and priority placement on Explore.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Profile → Manage Subscription. This takes you directly to your Apple subscription settings where you can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
